REGIS, a west central Florida GIS group
The REGIS group is a gathering of GIS planning professionals to focus on regional GIS transportation needs and to exchange ideas, technology, & project information. The website is designed as a tool to inform both members & the public of under construction or completed regional GIS transportation projects. Also the site contains networking information to improve data collection efforts for GIS professionals. We meet quarterly in Tampa at the Hillsborough County MPO. The group was first formed during 1997 as the GIS subcommittee of the Chairs Coordinating Committee (CCC). For more information, contact REGIS.
